When you submit the online adoption or foster form, we collect personally-identifiable information, including your name, e-mail address, and phone number.  We collect personal information to facilitate the adoption process to enable us to serve you better in matching a rescue dog with your family.

We also use your personal information to communicate with you. We may send transaction-related communications such as welcome letters, requests for volunteer assistance, rescue information, announcements, etc all pertaining to American Lab Rescue. We may also send you surveys or marketing communications to inform you of new products or services or other information that may be of interest.

Except as disclosed in this privacy policy, American Lab Rescue will not share your personal information with any outside parties. We may share your personal information with the specific rescuers, volunteers or transporters that are associated with American Lab Rescue and who perform services on our behalf.  Those parties will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to provide the service. i.e transport, vetting, home visits, etc. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
