Very disturbing photos of a puppy received by one of our Rescuers with severe injuries from a cable embedded in his neck. At the time they did not know if he would survive!!

After many visits to the vet for intensive medical care Hero survived. He has since been adopted in Florida. He now lives his life happy and chain free. Hero’s scar serves as a reminder to us all of the potential dangers of a dog on a tie out of any kind!!!
